A complete structured catamaran sailing course featuring 120 video lessons across 18 modules. Learn at your own pace, revisit lessons whenever you need them, and build the knowledge that supports confident sailing on the water.
Online learning
A six-month development programme built around your sailing. Each month you'll have a one-hour Zoom coaching meeting where we can review footage, analyse technique, discuss boat setup and identify exactly what you should work on next.
Six months
Five days of immersive, personalised coaching with your Joyrider Coach onboard with you. The week can be dedicated to one sailor or shared between several sailors while keeping on-water instruction one-to-one.

A six-month coaching programme built around your real sailing. Each month you’ll have a one-hour Zoom coaching meeting. Where possible, submit video beforehand so the session can include detailed analysis of your technique and clear priorities for what to practise next.
Five days of immersive, personalised coaching. Your Joyrider Coach sails onboard with you, giving immediate one-to-one instruction while you sail in real conditions. The programme is built around your boat, your experience and your objectives.
Your Joyrider Intensive doesn't have to take place at your home sailing location. You can come to Vassiliki Bay, Lefkada, Greece and complete your five-day Intensive here.
With lighter morning winds, stronger afternoon conditions and consistently flat water, Vassiliki offers the champagne sailing conditions that make it an exceptional place for focused catamaran coaching.
A suitable catamaran can be arranged, so you don't necessarily need to bring your own boat.
For the Annual Coaching Programme, your three Intensive weeks can be held in Vassiliki, at your own sailing location, or as a combination of both.
The full five days can be dedicated to one sailor, or the week can be shared between several sailors from the same club or sailing area. On-water instruction remains onboard and one-to-one.
Every Joyrider Intensive also includes six months of follow-up Development Programme coaching.
Joyrider Intensives can be delivered around the world. If you are based somewhere such as the USA or Australia, or anywhere it is not practical for Joe to travel to you, we can arrange one of our Joyrider Approved Coaches.
These coaches are carefully selected and approved to deliver the Joyrider coaching standard at the highest level.
If you specifically want Joe to coach your Intensive, that can absolutely be discussed subject to schedule, location and travel arrangements.
